Screen printed signs are often specified for the most demanding applications where maximum durability and weather resistance is needed, or when harsh chemical exposure is to be encountered.
MacDermid Autotype offers a comprehensive package of products for the production of screen printed signage, from artwork production and screen making through to highly durable and solvent resistant substrate materials such as Autotex and Autoflex.
Cost effective artwork can be produced in-house using Delta Laser film, or Zeta ink jet imaged film. A wide range of photostencil films and emulsions are available to optimise image quality for the chosen application, and a comprehensive screen chemicals range ensures screens are properly and efficiently prepared and cleaned.
Solvent Green and Autocut knife cut stencil films can be cut by hand or on a plotter for stencil preparation without the need for exposure equipment.
