A versatile direct emulsion for use in a wide range of applications and with virtually any screen printing ink system. Autosol 7000 produces a very tough stencil that stands up to long print runs in adverse shop conditions such as summer heat and humidity. Produces very good print quality in graphic and garment applications, including 4-color process work.

One-part presensitized photopolymer garment-printing emulsion.

Features

Benefits

Very high solids (47%) for use on coarse meshes, very fast exposure times with good exposure latitude, red color. Very good printed edge definition and resolution (to 4 mil lines).

Easy to coat and reclaim. Fast exposure times are preferred with weak light sources and can also speed production in large volume shops. High solids content enables coating to the desired thickness with fewer passes and also promotes good edge definition.
